Peace Dollar - Cull, No Grade, 90% Silver

The "cull" silver Peace Dollar spent decades circulating at a time before the US abandoned silver and gold coinage for a pure fiat (paper) money system. The condition of the Peace Dollar is a bit rough, but they are certainly in far better shape than the paper dollar which has been mauled by decades of inflation.

The design for the Peace Dollar, were minted from 1921 to 1928, and again in 1934 and 1935. The coins' artwork is intended to commemorate the peace that followed World War I. The obverse features Lady Liberty and the reverse displays a perched eagle with an olive branch and the word "Peace".

Perhaps the best thing about these cull coins is their price. They are a great way to buy official US silver dollar at the lowest possible premiums.
